Premiere Beauty Show

Gosh, what a fabulous time we had in Orlando. I thought that after last year's no energy show, this year would be the same. We came prepared with enough cases to sell as much or as little as we had last year. But lo and behold, by noon Sunday, we were out of stock on our two most popular colors!!!!

The people and the energy were wonderful. Our booth was filled with customers from the start of the show until the end. I had a plane to catch Monday evening and I was so upset that I had to turn away customers still wanting to buy at the last minute.

 As Deana, my helper at the show (Deana is a make up artist for Home Shopping Network and a few stations), said "people just wanted to shop." We demoed the products and people just bought whatever we had available.

We now have 8 new stores in the Southwest selling Nyce Legs.  

On Monday, we began giving out 200 free samples of our Nyce Legs Exfoliator and Hair Removal and in less than 2 hours, all 200 samples were gone. Next year, we will bring more.

Premiere Beauty Show - 3 weeks out

As we prepare for the Premiere Beauty Show in Orlando, we are grateful that the economy is rebounding and that more folks are traveling again. We noticed that the hotel we normally stay at is booked solid. That means that we will probably not be able to frequent our favorite restaurant in Orlando. It's a Persian restaurant next door to the Sleep Inn by the Convention Center. But there will be more restaurants for us to get good food and have a good time.

I love working with Deana, the makeup artist from HSN - her smile and her attitude are infectious.  She's bubbly and she talks about a mile a minute. But customers love her and she does love people.

We again have a good spot to showcase our products. But the thing about good spots, is that you can be a people watcher and enjoy the fashions and non-fashions, the hairstyles, the makeup and the gorgeous male models with no shirts on.

QVC Italia went off well. Since NYCE LEGS™ is a new product for them, they cannot gauge sales yet. But it looks
like the ladies in Italy do like the product and sales were good.

The Premiere Beauty Show is next month in Orlando on June 5th and 6th. Our booth number is 3293. Please stop
by if you are in the area. This beauty show is one of the best in the country. I love to just walk around and see all the
fun hairstyles and different nail polish colors. Maybe this year, I will be brave enough to get my hair sprayed hot pink
or icy blue.

We will have free demos all day long with Deana, the makeup artist, from HSN doing all the spraying. We will also be
giving out samples of our NYCE LEGS™ hair remover product.

QVC Italy

Welcome to the nycelegs.com blog. Today was an exciting day due to the royal wedding of William and Kate. But we
have more exciting news. Tomorrow, April 30, 2011, NYCE LEGS™ will be featured on QVC Italia for the first time.

QVC Italia began in October 2010. It is the newest QVC franchise. We are wishing QVC Italia lots of luck and hope
that it will do as well as QVC Germany, QVC UK and our QVC here in the US.

NYCE LEGS™ has been around for approximately 6 years now and we re-formulated our product 2 years ago. We
are getting splendid reviews about the new formula which does not clog. Our biggest issue with our old formula was
that approximately 25% of our product clogged.  We lost a few customers due to the clogging issue but have gained
quite a few new customers who love our new colors.

Our newest color, Nude, gives a beautiful natural tone to fair skinned people. Our most popular color, Medium
Beige, can be used by 75% of the population because it blends in so well with different people's tones. Our Dark
Beige looks well on sun-kissed legs and on darker skin colors.  Please watch with us tomorrow as NYCE LEGS™ is
introduced in Italy.
